📦 Ordering & Account

1. Do I need to have an account to order? No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits:

  • Faster Checkout: Save your shipping and payment details for future purchases.

  • Order History: Easily track your current order status and view past purchases.

  • Exclusive Perks: Get early access to new product releases and special promotions.

2. Can I change or cancel my order? Because we strive for fast shipping, orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If you need to make changes, please contact us at goexhaust@gmail.com immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

3. Where do you ship from and how long does it take? To get your parts to you as efficiently as possible, we use a dual-warehousing system:

  • U.S. Domestic Warehouses: Estimated 3 - 10 business days.

  • International Warehouses: Estimated 14 days.

  • Note: Processing takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

4. Is shipping free? We offer Free Shipping for the 48 contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada, additional shipping fees apply based on weight and dimensions.

5. How do I track my package? As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Shipping addresses cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please ensure your address is entered correctly in English characters. We recommend using a permanent residential or business address.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We offer several secure ways to pay:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • PayPal: You can also check out quickly and securely using your PayPal account.

8. How secure is my online order? Your security is our top priority. Our checkout uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data. Your credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider's secure network for authorization—GoExhaust does not store your credit card details on our servers.

9. Are there any exchange rates? All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is based in another currency, your bank will calculate the total based on their daily exchange rate at the time of processing.


🛠️ Returns & Support

10. What is your return policy? We accept return requests within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and sellable condition. Important: We cannot accept returns for products damaged during the installation process. We highly recommend professional installation for all performance parts.

11. What if my item is damaged or missing?

  • Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 2 business days.

  • Defects: If the product itself is defective, please report it within 10 days with clear photos. We will provide a free return or exchange.

  • Missing Items: We often ship from multiple warehouses, so items may arrive in separate packages. If an item is missing from your final delivery, contact us immediately.
