Any and all returns must be requested and authorized within 7 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be in their original packaging.
Items must be in sellable condition.
Important: We will NOT accept any returns for merchandise that has been damaged during the installation process. We highly recommend professional installation for all products.
If you receive a defective product, please report the defect within 10 days of receipt.
Process: Contact us at goexhaust@gmail.com with clear pictures of the product and the specific problem.
Resolution: Once we confirm the defect, we will provide a free return or exchange service. In these cases, GoExhaust will cover the return and exchange Shipping costs.
If a return is requested for reasons other than a defect or an error on our part (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered by customer):
The customer is responsible for Shipping costs both ways (original shipping plus return shipping).
Any additional restocking fees may apply depending on the product type.

Requirements: Please include your order number and attach high-quality photos of the product and its packaging so we can confirm the status.
Inspection: Once your returned package is delivered to our facility, it will be inspected and approved by our returns department.
Processing Time: After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment channel.
Timeline: Please allow approximately 3 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
