To maximize efficiency, GoExhaust utilizes a global warehousing strategy. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest facility based on stock availability:
U.S. Domestic Warehouse: Estimated delivery within 3 - 10 business days.
International Warehouse: For specific items or stock transfers, estimated delivery is approximately 14 days.
Please Note:
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 1 - 2 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for international shipments), and carrier delays.
Our warehouses and carriers observe major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving). Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
Contiguous U.S. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.
Remote Areas & Canada: For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada, additional shipping fees will apply based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions regarding these costs.
To ensure successful delivery, please keep the following in mind:
Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Residential vs. Business: Businesses operated out of a residence will be classified as a residential address by carriers and charged accordingly.
Contact Number: Please provide a valid phone number. Carriers often call ahead to verify that someone is available to accept the delivery. Failure to provide a reachable number may result in delivery delays or failures.
To get your products to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses. You may receive more than one shipment, but you will NOT be charged any additional shipping fees for this service.
While we take great care in packaging, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you MUST take the following steps:
Note the Damage: Clearly note any damage or missing items on the Delivery Receipt before signing for the package.
Report Quickly: Contact us at goexhaust@gmail.com within 2 business days of receipt.
Provide Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and the original packaging.
Keep Packaging: Do not discard any packaging materials, as they may be required for inspection by the carrier.
Important: By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage, you are acknowledging that the shipment was received in acceptable condition. In such cases, we may be unable to guarantee compensation or process a claim with the carrier.
In the rare event that a carrier loses a shipment, finding your items is our highest priority. Dock checks and carrier investigations typically take 2 - 7 business days. If the shipment is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.
